Identity verification
A one-time check done in the app. Required on every account — it is what makes receiving money from abroad possible at all.
A record you can hand over
Every credit and payout listed with dates and references, so you can show where money came from when someone asks.
Status you can see
Where a payment is, not a spinner. If something is held or delayed, the reason should be on the screen.
Fees written down
Whatever we charge will be shown in numbers before you confirm anything, and published on the pricing page.
